Packed live demos. Big partner moments. Best of Show. Non-stop buzz. InfoComm 2025 was a breakthrough event for Huddly! Join our unstoppable showrunner, Shadi Tefagh, as she takes you behind the scenes of the highlights, hurdles, and teamwork that made it all happen.

Ready, steady, go
InfoComm 2025 was one for the books. Not only did we finally debut our first ever videobar in the US market, but we also made a big splash on the show floor, teaming up with industry-leading partners to show off our latest innovations, motivated by the enthusiastic feedback from customers, and supported by the dedication of everyone involved.
The show was filled with great energy from the start. The team showed up ready to go, and it paid off. Lots of interest, great conversations, and packed live demos.
It was a team effort all around and I’m proud of how smoothly everything came together, from booth to demo room to behind the scenes.
Huddly C1 heard loud and clear
The biggest highlight: officially launching the Huddly C1.
The Huddly team worked towards this event for a long time, so seeing people’s reception of the power of this product was incredibly rewarding. In our live demos, we truly put the C1 to the test and it held its own in live demos, despite no ceiling in the room, loud surroundings, and a high-traffic location.
One customer said: “Even with all the background noise, the C1 performed better than anything else we’ve heard out in the market.”
The cherry on top was winning two Best of Show Awards, receiving accolades from top industry publications AV Technology and ITPro. We were also honored to receive an award from The Tech Effect and to be recognized by industry thought leaders David Danto and Dave Michels as one of their standout products at the show.
Collaboration in action
At this year’s show, it was inspiring to see so much innovation across the AV industry, from bold, futuristic concepts to a growing focus on automation and adaptability for real customer needs. Something we’ve always believed in at Huddly.
From our own booth to key partner spaces across the show floor, it was all about powerful collaboration and bringing smarter, more scalable experiences to life. Together with our partners Barco, Lenovo, and Shure we showcased best-in-class, full-room solutions designed to work across a variety of spaces, giving visitors a real look at how these pairings work together to deliver seamless, smarter meetings.
At the Huddly booth, we featured:
- Shure IntelliMix Room Kit with Huddly Crew for medium to large meeting spaces
- Lenovo Core Gen 2 with Huddly C1 in soft seating and flexible environments
- Barco ClickShare with Huddly C1, with the ability to expand using Huddly Crew Add-On Cameras
Across the show floor, our partners also spotlighted Huddly:
- Shure showcased Huddly Crew in both their main booth and Innovation Hub
- Lenovo featured Huddly C1 as part of their Microsoft Teams Room solution
- Barco integrated C1 into their booth setup, which helped reinforce just how plug-and-play the system really is
It was great to see our solutions show up across so many partner spaces and to showcase the flexibility and consistent performance across various use cases.
Leading the conversation
This year’s InfoComm really stood out for me, in the best way. You could hear Huddly’s voice and messaging all over the show floor. Bo Pintea, our EVP of Business Development, kicked things off Tuesday afternoon by joining a great panel on "Demystifying multi-camera solutions for high-impact spaces", talking through what’s working today and where the technology is headed.
We also welcomed the Avixa Sustainability Tour to our booth. Our co-founder and Chief Product Officer, Stein Ove Eriksen, shared Huddly’s approach to sustainable, modular, and upgradable hardware.
Followed by interviews with industry analysts, packed HETMA booth tours, and more. All great opportunities to share the bigger picture behind our mission and what we’re building at Huddly.
My favorite moments
- The C1 hitting the mark! People get it, and they’re ready to bring it into their rooms. Partner integrations were everywhere, and they helped show how flexible and scalable our tech really is.
- Connecting with industry friends and customers throughout the week. Amazing how sometimes even quick chats can be so insightful.
- The entire team pulling together to make this a standout show. Thank you to the Huddly team for the amazing support!
