Huddly AS – Change to the financial calendar
Oslo, 17 January 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements published by Huddly AS ("Huddly" or the "Company", ticker: HDLY) on 12 January 2024, regarding (i) thelaunch of a subsequent offering of up to 60,000,000 new shares in the Company (the "Subsequent Offering") and (ii) receipt of subscription rights in the Subsequent Offering by primary insiders and their close associates.
Pursuant to the Company's financial calendar, the Q4 2023 quarterly report is scheduled to be announced on 8 February 2024. Considering that the receipt of the subscription rights by the primary insider on 12 January 2024 is less than 30 days prior to 8 February, the Company has resolved to postpone the announcement of its Q4 quarterly report until 15 February 2024 to ensure that the requirement of a closed period of 30 calendar days in the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 2014/596 article 19 no. 11 is complied with. The Company's financial calendar is updated accordingly.
