Huddly AS - Huddly signs Strategic Partnership Agreement with leading Global Industry Player
Oslo, 23 September 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Huddly AS ("Huddly" or the "Company") on 21 August 2025 regarding, inter alia, a potential new strategic partnership and distribution agreement with a leading global industry player in the audiovisual sector. Huddly has been involved in final negotiations with the new strategic partner for some time, as also reported in the Q2 2025 report.
The Company is pleased to announce that the parties have entered into an agreement today (the "Agreement").
The Agreement is expected to lead to significant yearly revenues for Huddly with cash effect from Q1 2026. The Agreement is global and has an initial period of 24 months, with an extension period of an additional 12 months.
“With this new strategic partnership, Huddly significantly increases go-to-market leverage and gains access to a wide range of potential corporate customers. We will continue to pursue new strategic partnerships, which is an integral part of our business plan”, says Rósa Stensen, CEO of Huddly.
