Huddly AS – Key information relating to potential subsequent offering
Oslo, 26 August 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Huddly AS ("Huddly" or the "Company") earlier today regarding the successful completion of a private placement of 3,161,444 new shares in the Company (the "Offer Shares"), at a subscription price of NOK 22 per new share (the "Offer Price"), with gross proceeds of approx. NOK 70 million (the "Private Placement"), and a potential subsequent share offering (the "Subsequent Offering").
In accordance with the continuing obligations of companies listed on Euronext Growth Oslo, the following key information is given with respect to the Subsequent Offering:
- Date on which the terms and conditions of the Subsequent Offering were announced: 26 August 2026
- Last day including right to receive subscription rights: 26 August 2026
- Ex-date: 27 August 2026
- Record Date: 28 August 2026
- Date of approval: On or about 11 September 2026 (date of extraordinary general meeting expected to authorise the Company's board of directors to issue shares in the Subsequent Offering)
- Maximum number of new shares: 500,000
- Subscription price: NOK 22
