Oslo, 20 May 2026: On 20 May 2026, Sonstad AS, a close associate of the Chair of the Board Jon Øyvind Eriksen, has acquired a total of 8,000 shares in Huddly AS ("Huddly" or the "Company", ticker: HDLY) for an average purchase price of NOK 29.8412. Following the acquisition, Jon Øyvind Eriksen holds a total of 4,127,000 shares in the Company, equal to approximately 13.1% of the outstanding shares in the Company, through Sonstad AS (Group).
