Aslak Schia, Chief Manufacturing and Supply Chain Officer("CMO")and primary insider of Huddly AS (the "Company"), has on 15 September 2023 purchased 90,000 shares in the Company.
7,489 shares were purchased at a price of NOK 1.080 and 82,511 shares were purchased at a price of NOK 1.075. Aslak Schia holds 139,715 shares in the Company following the share purchase.
