Huddly AS – Mandatory notification of trade – Share lending re-delivery
Oslo, 7 September 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Huddly AS ("Huddly" or the "Company", ticker: HDLY) on 26 August 2026 regarding the successful completion of a private placement (the "Private Placement") raising gross proceeds of approx. NOK 70 million through the allocation of 3,161,444 new shares (the "Offer Shares") at a subscription price of NOK 22.00 per Offer Share (the "Offer Price").
Pursuant to a share lending agreement (the “Share Lending Agreement”), and for the purpose stated above, Sonstad AS (the "Share Lender") lent out a total of 3,161,444 shares to Pareto Securities AS (the "Manager") in connection with settlement of the Private Placement. Following registration of the share capital increase pertaining to the Private Placement with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, the Share Lender has now received a total of 3,161,444 new shares from the Manager pursuant to the Share Lending Agreement. Sonstad AS is a company closely associated with the Company's chair of the board, Jon Øyvind Eriksen.
