Huddly AS – Mandatory notification of trade
Oslo, 23 August 2024: On 22 August 2024, Sonstad AS, a close associate of board member Jon Øyvind Eriksen, has acquired a total of 382,001 shares in Huddly AS ("Huddly" or the "Company", ticker: HDLY) for an average subscription price of NOK 0.50031. Following the acquisition, Jon Øyvind Eriksen holds a total of 38,482,001 shares in the Company, equal to approximately 7.1% of the outstanding shares in the Company, through Sonstad AS.
