Huddly AS – Mandatory notification of trade
Oslo, 21 February 2025: On 20 February 2025, Sonstad AS, a close associate of board member Jon Øyvind Eriksen, has acquired a total of 31,000 shares in Huddly AS ("Huddly" or the "Company", ticker: HDLY) for an average purchase price of NOK 25.03256. Following the acquisition, Jon Øyvind Eriksen holds a total of 2,279,020 shares in the Company, equal to approximately 12.4% of the outstanding shares in the Company, through Sonstad AS (Group).
