Huddly AS – Mandatory notification of trade
Oslo, 7 March 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement from Huddly AS ("Huddly" or the "Company", ticker: HDLY) on 14 February 2025, regarding, inter alia, approval of the Company's new 2025 Share Incentive Plan. As part of this process, stock options related to ordinary shares in the Company (the "Options") have been accepted by primary insiders of the Company.
