Huddly AS – Mandatory notification of trade
Oslo, 7 March 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Huddly AS ("Huddly" or the "Company", ticker: HDLY) earlier today, regarding the final results in the subsequent repair offering (the "Subsequent Repair Offering"). As part of this process, offer shares in the Subsequent Repair Offering (the "Offer Shares") have been subscribed for and allocated to close associates of a primary insider in the Company.
