Oslo, 11 March 2025: On 11 March 2025, Multiplikator AS, a close associate of board member Kristian Kolberg, has entered into an agreement to acquire of a total of 85,397 shares in Huddly AS ("Huddly" or the "Company", ticker: HDLY).
