Huddly AS – Mandatory notification of trade
Oslo, 10 November 2025: On 07 November 2025, Sonstad AS, a close associate of the Chair of the Board Jon Øyvind Eriksen, has acquired a total of 10,000 shares in Huddly AS ("Huddly" or the "Company", ticker: HDLY) for an average purchase price of NOK 11.14614. Following the acquisition, Jon Øyvind Eriksen holds a total of 3,588,020 shares in the Company, equal to approximately 13.1% of the outstanding shares in the Company, through Sonstad AS (Group).
