Huddly AS – Mandatory notification of trade
Oslo, 30 December 2024: On 30 December 2024, a demerger was completed in Mertoun Capital AS, a close associate of chair of the board of directors of Huddly AS (the "Company"), Jostein Devold, through a resolution in the Company’s general meeting to complete the demerger. In this connection, Mertoun Capital AS has disposed of 127,292,060 shares in the Company as consideration to the assignee company in the demerger. Following the demerger, Jostein Devold holds a total of 15,553,441 shares in the Company, equal to approximately 0.85% of the outstanding shares in the Company, through Mertoun Capital AS.
The lock-up undertaking entered into by Jostein Devold on 13 December 2024, as announced in a stock exchange announcement on 13 December 2024, will continue to apply for the shares held by Mertoun Capital AS, while the assignee company in the demerger will not be bound by the lock-up undertaking.
