Huddly AS – Minutes from Extraordinary General Meeting
Oslo, 11 September 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Huddly AS (“Huddly” or the “Company”, ticker: HDLY) on 28 August 2026, regarding notice of an extraordinary general meeting in the Company. The extraordinary general meeting was held today on 11 September 2026 at 10:00 (CEST). The extraordinary general meeting resolved to (i) authorise the board of directors (the "Board") to increase the share capital in connection with a subsequent offering, and (ii) authorise the Board to increase the share capital for strengthening of the Company's equity.
