Huddly AS – Minutes from Extraordinary General Meeting
Oslo, 8 September 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Huddly AS (“Huddly” or the “Company”, ticker: HDLY) on 25 August 2025, regarding notice of an extraordinary general meeting in the Company. The extraordinary general meeting was held today on 8 September 2025 at 10:00 (CEST). The extraordinary general meeting resolved to (i) approve a share capital increase related to the private placement, and (ii) authorize the board of directors to issue new shares in connection with the subsequent offering and issuance of fee shares.
