Huddly AS – Minutes of extraordinary general meeting
Oslo, 15 August 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Huddly AS ("Huddly" or the "Company", ticker: HDLY) on 1 August 2024, calling for an extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") in the Company, as requested by two of the Company's shareholders, Sonstad AS and Global Innovation Closed-End Fund, a fund managed by AgioFunds TFI SA, in accordance with Section 5-6 (2) of the Norwegian Private Limited Liability Companies Act.
The EGM was held today, on 15 August 2024, at 10:00 hours (CEST).
The EGM approved the proposal to elect Jon Øyvind Eriksen as a new member of the Company's board of directors in addition to the existing three members.
