Huddly AS – Notice of Annual General Meeting
An annual general meeting in Huddly AS will be held on 22 June 2023 at 10:00 (CEST). The meeting will be held in the offices of Advokatfirmaet Simonsen Vogt Wiig AS, at the address Filipstad brygge 1, 0259, Oslo. Shareholders not having the opportunity to participate physically will be given the possibility to follow the meeting, vote and raise questions via Teams.
Shareholders who wish to attend the general meeting in person or by proxy must notify this via e-mail to swa@svw.no no later than at 12:00 CEST, Wednesday 21 June 2023
