Huddly AS – Notice of Annual General Meeting
Oslo, 6 May 2025: The annual general meeting in Huddly AS will be held on 20 May 2025 at 10:00 (CEST). The meeting will be held in the offices of Advokatfirmaet Simonsen Vogt Wiig AS, at the address Filipstad Brygge 1, 0252, Oslo. Shareholders not having the opportunity to participate physically will be given the possibility to follow the meeting, vote and raise questions via Teams.
Shareholders who wish to attend the general meeting in person or by proxy must notify this via e-mail to genf@dnb.no, no later than 16 May 2025 at 16:00 CEST.
