Huddly AS – Notice of extraordinary general meeting
Oslo, 28 August 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Huddly AS ("Huddly" or the "Company") on 26 August 2026 regarding the successful completion of a private placement of 3,161,444 new shares in the Company with gross proceeds of approx. NOK 70 million (the "Private Placement") and a potential subsequent share offering (the "Subsequent Repair Offering").
On this background, the board of directors of the Company calls for an extraordinary general meeting to be held on 11 September 2026 at 10:00 (CEST). The extraordinary general meeting will be held as a digital meeting through Microsoft Teams.
Shareholders who wish to attend the general meeting must notify the Company by e-mail to genf@dnb.no no later than on 9 September 2026 at 16:00 (CEST).
The notice with the agenda of the general meeting and proxy forms are attached to this stock exchange announcement and will also be made available on the Company's webpage https://www.huddly.com/.
