Huddly AS – Notice of extraordinary general meeting
Oslo, 8 June 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Huddly AS ("Huddly" or the "Company") on 5 June 2026 regarding proposed changes to the Board of Directors.
On this background, the Board of Directors of the Company calls for an extraordinary general meeting to be held on 22 June 2026 at 10:00 (CEST). The extraordinary general meeting will be held as a digital meeting through Microsoft Teams.
Shareholders who wish to attend the general meeting must notify the Company by e-mail to genf@dnb.no no later than on 18 June 2026 at 16:00 (CEST).
