Huddly AS – Notice of extraordinary general meeting
Oslo, 7 January 2025: The board of directors of Huddly AS (the "Company") hereby calls for an extraordinary general meeting to be held on 22 January 2025 at 10:00 hours (CET) (the "EGM") in order to resolve upon the matters proposed by the board of directors in the attached notice of the EGM. The EGM will be held at the offices of Advokatfirmaet Simonsen Vogt Wiig AS, at Filipstad Brygge 1, 0252 Oslo. Shareholders not having the opportunity to participate physically will be given the possibility to follow the meeting, vote and raise questions via Teams.
Shareholders who wish to attend the general meeting in person or by proxy must notify of this via e‑mail to genf@dnb.no no later than 20 January 2025 at 16:00 hours (CET).
