Huddly AS – Notice of extraordinary general meeting
Oslo, 31 January 2025: The board of directors of Huddly AS ("Huddly" or the "Company", ticker: HDLY) hereby calls for an extraordinary general meeting to be held on 14 February 2025 at 10:00 hours (CET) (the "EGM") in order to resolve upon the matters proposed by the board of directors in the attached notice of the EGM. The EGM will be held at the offices of Advokatfirmaet Simonsen Vogt Wiig AS, at their address Filipstad Brygge 1, 0252 Oslo. Shareholders who do not have the opportunity to participate physically will be given the opportunity to follow the meeting, vote, and raise questions via Teams.
Shareholders who wish to attend the EGM in person or by proxy must notify of this via e‑mail to genf@dnb.no no later than 12 February 2025 at 16:00 hours (CET).
Further, the shareholders may also register their attendance, vote in advance or delegate proxy in connection with the EGM through VPS Investor Services: https://investor.vps.no/gm/enrollLocale.htm?lang=en&country=GB&returnTo=logOn.htm
