Huddly AS – Share capital increase pertaining to the Private Placement registered
Oslo, 4 September 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Huddly AS ("Huddly" or the "Company", ticker: HDLY) on 26 August 2026, regarding the successful completion of a private placement (the "Private Placement") raising gross proceeds of approx. NOK 70 million, through the issuance of 3,161,444 new shares (the "Offer Shares") at a subscription price of NOK 22.00 per Offer Share (the "Offer Price").
The share capital increase pertaining to the Private Placement has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (the "NRBE") today. The Company's new share capital is NOK 2,173,493.31, divided into 34,775,893 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.0625 and carrying one voting right.The new shares carry full rights, including the right to dividends, from the date of registration of the share capital increase with the NRBE.
