Huddly AS – Share capital increase registered
Oslo, 8 December 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Huddly AS (the "Company") on 6 December 2023 regarding the minutes from the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held on the same date.
The issuance of 260,000,000 new shares has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new share capital is NOK 297,705.03, divided into 476,328,048 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.000625 and carrying one voting right.
