Huddly AS – Share capital increase registered
Oslo, 29 January 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Huddly AS ("Huddly" or the "Company", ticker: HDLY) on 24 January 2025, regarding a resolution for a share capital increase of NOK 0.0325 by issuance of 52 new shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.000625, in order to facilitate a reverse share split in the Company.
The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new share capital is NOK 1,147,705.0625, divided into 1,836,328,100 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.000625 and carrying one voting right.
